1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in Nottingham Weekly Basketball (NWB) events, you agree to these terms and conditions. NWB reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Event Participation

All participants must be aged 16 or over unless otherwise stated. Players participate at their own risk. NWB recommends appropriate sportswear and footwear for all sessions.

3. Payments & Refunds

Event fees are payable in advance. Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the event. No-shows forfeit their payment.

4. Code of Conduct

Unsportsmanlike behaviour, aggression, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. NWB reserves the right to remove any participant and ban them from future events.

5. Liability

NWB is not liable for any injuries sustained during events. Participants are encouraged to have personal sports insurance.
